Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Harry Lea’s Art website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Information

All artworks are original pieces unless otherwise stated.

Dimensions listed are the finished size of the artwork.

Where framing is shown in mock-up images, this is for presentation purposes only and will be clearly stated where applicable.

Every effort is made to accurately represent colours and details. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and device display differences.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Harry Lea’s Art reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, the customer will be contacted and offered the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Harry Lea’s Art reserves the right to cancel an order due to payment issues, unavailable artwork, or listing errors.

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

Shipping costs include professional packaging, tracking, transit insurance, and signature on delivery.

Delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Risk and Title

Ownership (title) of the physical artwork transfers to the customer upon full payment.

Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery to the customer’s nominated address, as evidenced by carrier tracking and proof of delivery.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artworks remain the intellectual property and copyright of Harold (Harry) Lea, trading as Harry Lea’s Art.

The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any artwork without prior written permission.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
